Opportunities:
Full time ranch hand / hunting guide needed, also part time housekeeping / cook
opportunity for spouse. The
Rockin' 7 Ranch is currently looking for a husband/wife team. Includes free housing
and utilities plus 1/2 beef per year and salary ranging between $2000 and $2400--depending
on experience. Work
for the ranch hand / guide includes all aspects of ranching--calving, branding,
fencing, haying, weaning, and shipping. In addition, during the fall biggame hunts,
there would be guiding deer, antelope and buffalo hunters. Housekeeping
duties include cleaning and changeover of rooms, assisting our cook in meal prep
and clean up, and some light duty cooking during the off season. Pay is $9/hr
and average about 20 hours per week. Should
be a friendly self-starter, organized, energetic, and willing to listen to stories
from around the world. Need to be willing to work long hours during the busy seasons,
but then able to enjoy the tranquility of the slow seasons.
