The lodge at the Rockin’ 7 Ranch is first-rate. 8,500 square feet of log splendor. It has 7 rooms each with two queen beds and private bath, a king room with one king-sized bed and private bath, and an additional 2 rooms- each with 2 queen beds- which share 1 private bath for larger groups.
The great room is majestic with huge vaulted ceilings and a spectacular view of Glendo Lake and 10,000 foot Laramie Peak in the distance.
Meals are served Ranch-Style and are generous and tasty. No gourmet, just good home-style cookin’ and plenty of it!
The rooms are furnished with hand-made log furniture, overstuffed, pillow-top mattresses, and wonderful views of the surrounding terrain.
Right off the front deck are wheat fields, and an alfalfa pivot, so you can watch the antelope and white-tailed deer and dream of tomorrow.
