Here at the Rockin' 7 Ranch, we are more than just outfitters. We own the land, we own the lodge, and we own the business that puts them all together. That's why we take your hunt so serious. This ranch has been in the Reese family since it was homesteaded in 1914, and we are not planning on going anywhere. We care for the land and resources for the long-term, so we can pass it on to the next generation just a little bit better.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Eastern Wyoming's footlands, the Rockin' 7 Ranch provides a first-class hunting experience. With 117,000 private acres of wheat, native prairie grass, cedar covered ridges, and CRP fields, the ranch offers its guests buffalo, mule deer, antelope, white-tailed deer, coyotes, and pheasant hunting.

Located 130 miles north of Cheyenne, Wyoming, the Rockin' 7 Ranch is a fourth generation, family owned operation. With large, contiguous, private blocks of land, the hunting remains in much the same state as it did back in 1914.

Our Wyoming mule deer hunting is the heart of the operation. This style of hunting is what people want and expect from a classic Wyoming mule deer hunt. Big country with big mule deer, we hear over and over from our hunters how they can't believe how many mule deer they see in a day!

The hardest part of our Wyoming antelope hunting is deciding which buck antelope to shoot! Hunters can see more than 25 shootable bucks in a day. The antelope are numerous, and we have large herds virtually in every part of the ranch. Wyoming has more antelope than people and that's what you'll notice on our ranch--miles and miles of land, no hunters, and large herds of antelope.

Wyoming elk hunting in hunt area 7 is the crown jewel of elk hunting. We have lodge hunts available for big bulls on private land. Accessible with 4-wheel drive pickups, this is a spot and stalk elk hunt without the hassle of horses and packing.

Our trophy Buffalo hunting is an exciting way to go back in history and experience some true western flavor. These big buffalo still look and act archaic with very little influence or attention from us. This is not a hurry-up canned hunt, you get to take your time and watch the buffalo and pick the one you want.

"Let the hunter be hunted!!" Coyote hunting is the extreme in hunting excitement. Prime Wyoming pelts and the opportunity to watch these predators come running at you from as much as 1,000 yards out will get your blood pumping and make your knees weak.

Finish your biggame hunt early? We offer pheasant hunting for free to our guests that filled their tags on the first day or two of their hunt. You won't find any crowds on this hunt, just plenty of great habitat and shooting opportunities right off the front deck of the lodge.
